In today’s fast-evolving technology and business landscapes, uncertainty is the norm. Yet much of how we learn, plan, and organize is still rooted in assumptions of predictability and control. This talk explores uncertainty not just as a technical or strategic issue, but as an organizational and personal challenge: How do we work, learn, and build systems when the outcomes aren’t clear? What does it mean to prepare for a future where the most in-demand skills—and even entire professions—may not yet exist? Framed through real-world strategy, systems thinking, and the speaker’s experience at the intersection of academia and business, this session offers a fresh perspective on how to thrive when certainty is no longer a given.
